Hangzhou Philharmonic Orchestra

Hangzhou is a world-famous travel destination and one of the central cities of China. Being the host city of 2016 G20 summit, Hangzhou features advanced economy and culture. Founded in 2009, Hangzhou Philharmonic Orchestra has established itself as one of the most promising and exuberant orchestras in China. Musical America reported in 2016, “Established only seven years ago, HPO is by now one of the major orchestras in China.” Within all the efforts from HPO members, the orchestra already becomes one gold card that represents the culture communication with the world for Hangzhou.
